In this role, you will moderate technical support calls and queries to ensure that every customer is satisfied and every phone call is answered in a timely manner.
Our ideal candidate will communicate with both internal and external customers, monitor and evaluate quality assurance, manage the team of Technical Support Representatives and report any problems or issues.
Responsibilities:
Review and assess technical support issues.
Screen and evaluate incoming calls.
Resolve concerns and questions from callers in a quick, effective, and professional manner.
Set up service calls for new clients.
Schedule and monitor work orders.
Maximize utilization of staff members.
Maintain accurate documentation of calls, service tickets, and service history.
Train junior level technical support staff in all aspects of the job.
Be the first tier of esclation support.
Assist in escalations to level 2 and 3 support.
