Our trainers help guide and coach our new hires to success! We have built a comprehensive, detailed online and in-person training certification course for all cleaning techs and a Trainer version.
This helps you gain familiarity and give you a guide on exactly how best to support and guide our new hires to success! Do you have a knack for details, a caring heart, a natural leader and love to help others succeed and bring out the best in everyone? You would be an amazing asset to our training team! We are looking for someone who has experience in a trainer, leadership or management role.

A Reliable and Consistent Workload and schedule! We have a waitlist of over 100 clients, the need is real and we can keep you as busy as you want to be with opportunities for overtime if desired (never required) ? Independent Work Environment, after the paid training period you are a solo cleaning that is responsible for the care of the clients assigned to you.
You will go from your home, to your cleaning jobs and back home again at the end of the day! No extra unnecessary commute time! ? Tight Routes, we keep all of your assigned jobs as near your home as possible and as near each other as possible! If you've held a similar position and felt a drain on your wallet from the commute, you will feel a difference here! ? Positive, Friendly and Caring work environment, we are all a team, even though we're solos we stay connected on our internal communication channel, meet up and jump in on tough jobs or to help anyone falling behind or having a tough day.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
