This position is responsible for providing support to our customers and internal teams to ensure the customer experience is their number one priority.

Answering and resolving incoming calls related to patient A/R Able to review and answer account questions in detail with a focus on resolution and customer services.
Prepare and send weekly statements.
Work and send accounts to collection agency.
Post all patient payments that are received in mail and on line.
