as a Paralegal.
Reporting to the Corporate Counsel, we are looking for a driven individual who comes from a fast paced, performance driven organization.
Summary DescriptionThe Paralegal will work closely with the Corporate Counsel to provide support to the Legal Department, in particular the Contract Team.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is capable of working both collaboratively and autonomously as this position is based at the U.
S.
headquarters in St.
Louis, Missouri.
Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesPrepare, organize, and manage a database of contract files and ensure documents are kept up to date when negotiations are active, and saved once executed.
Review edits to contracts and triage agreements according to organization workflow.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of contract formatting and attachments.
Act as a liaison between the Contract Team and other stakeholders within the organization.
Articulate negotiating positions to stakeholders.
Distribute edited and finalized contracts to stakeholders.
Manage execution and signature workflow.
Facilitate contractually required insurance documentation.
Act as a liaison between the Contract Team, Sales Team, and insurance broker.
Track requests from inception to conclusion.
Generate audit reports on incoming agreements.
Schedule meetings and telephone conferences.
Identify and retrieve information necessary to support legal decision-making.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
Understanding of legal language, principles, and processes as well as other related matters.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office 365, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and Teams.
Superior organization, administration and document management skills to undertake work in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Ability to efficiently manage time and priorities workflow to meet deadlines.
High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
Sound judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Education and ExperienceAssociate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Paralegal certificate required.
Some related in-house legal department experience preferred.
Work ConditionsOffice environment with use of office equipment, including phones, computers, copiers, etc.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Must be generally available during normal working hours of 8:
30 a.
m.
to 5:
30 p.
m.
with occasional evening and weekend work as job duties demand.
TravelLimited travel may be required to support GardaWorld operations.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
