is looking for a Program Manager for one of its clients - O Fallon, MO / HybridNEED LOCALS AND ON W2Onsite Expectations:
Candidate will work on a hybrid schedule, onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays in the O'Fallon office.
Job Title:
Program ManagerRequired Skills:
o Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
o Experience in a financial environment preferred.
o Minimum 1-3 Years of experience in the following is required:
UNIX, scripting, Oracle, SQL skills o Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
C, C++, Java, Python, Go, Perl or Ruby.
o Experience in designing, analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
o Experience in working across development, operations, and product teams to prioritize needs and to build relationships is a must.
o Strong relationship skills, collaborative skills and customer service skills.
o Strong Analytical/problem solving and planning skills.
o Possess strong communication skills -- both verbal and written.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
