Job Description:
This position is the first person all of our patients will be excited to see when coming into the office.
You will have to be friendly, organized, fast paced while focused on details.
Reporting directly to the Office Manager, you will enjoy a variety of work tasks that require accuracy and detail as well as confidently managing phone and personal interactions is a must.
Your tasks will include:
answering phones, scheduling patients (the most important part), collecting payment, administrative tasks such as copying, emailing, computer work, putting flies together, etc Performance indicators successful navigation and execution of all computer programs used in the office.

We diagnose and treat complicated cases of muscle and joint problems.
Most, if not all of our patients have had their pain for 6 months or longer and have failed treatment with 3 or more doctors.
That means the cases are complicated and the patients really want help so we work very hard to be as excellent as we possibly can.

Hours:
Monday 11am - 6pm, Tuesday 6am - noon, Wednesday 11am - 6pm, Thursday 6 am - noon, Friday 9am - 1pm Starting Range:
$16- $25 based on ability and experience Office Environment:
