-Friendly & welcoming personality -Team player -Great with numbers -High attention to detail -Self motivator -Great typing and grammar -Great attitude, ready to do what needs to be done to make each project a success RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-Manage and maintain main email inbox - all emails must be replied to within 12 business hours -Managing general office tasks & delegation -Managing fleet vehicles maintenance, insurance, etc.
-HR representative for employees -Managing employee health insurance policies with insurance agent -Managing employee timesheets, ensuring accuracy for bookkeeper and being available for support or troubleshooting when needed -Manage client billing procedures & delegation -Answering phone and directing calls to the right person/extension -Ensuring all appointments are confirmed with all parties involved ABOUT US:
