Responsibilities:
- Salary based on experience - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow - Coordinate patient scheduling and ensure timely and accurate appointment bookings - Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner - Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations - Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, ordering as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care - Posting payments -Knowledge of dental insurance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office management or a similar role within a dental setting - Proficiency in Eaglesoft software - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and staff - Proven ability to supervise and lead a team, fostering a positive work environment - Knowledge of dental office procedures and protocols Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
