Dental experience is a MUST.
Dentrix, or similar software, experience is highly recommended.
The candidate we select may fulfill duties including, but are not limited to:
Greeting patients warmly and making them feel comfortable.
Proficient in entering patient information into Dentrix, or similar software.
Answering phones with positive demeanor, scheduling appointments, handling patient accounts and insurance.
Manage the demands of a busy schedule.
Verifying insurance benefits to determine the patient's benefits, and answering insurance-related inquiries.
Following up on patient preventative care and recommended treatment.
Being passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
