The position We are looking to add a high performing sales rep to our established and proven team! Our Sales Representatives run pre-qualified leads for clients who have expressed an interest in our services.
The position includes:
Sales & Management Meeting with customers and listening to there wants and needs Creating a design and proposal for the customer Explaining why the design and solution will fit their desired needs Explaining and selling why our company is the best fit for the job Help manage day to day operations with other staff Paper Work Filling out material list and paperwork for foreman and laborers to carryout the project Coordinating with a production manager on timeline of installation and necessary resources to complete the project Communication with the customer through the entire process and ensuring that they are satisfied Why we are the #1 opportunity for sales professionals High volume of warm leads generated through various marketing, direct mail and referals.
Pre-qualified leads that result in 25-35% average closing ratios Aggressive commission structure with uncapped commission potential Weekly Salary Pay
