Outbound VSC (Auto Warranty) Transfer Rep

We are looking for experienced VSC call screeners to do outbound sales calling on an automated dialing system. The position is full-time (40 hours/week). We are a compliant company that markets and sells vehicle service contracts (auto warranties) directly to consumers. This position involves reading a script to follow up with customers who have opted to request a quote or previously had coverage. The screener must rebuttle customer objections, build value in the product, and build urgency for the customer. The screener also verifies the customer's vehicle information and confirms that the customer is interested in hearing their plan options. The customer call is then transferred to one of the company's sales representatives.
Hourly pay starts at $9 to $10 based on experience, and increases based on performance.
A set commission is paid for every transfer that is sold. Screeners do not pay back cancels.
Candidate Requirements:
-Must have experience using call center software!
-Must have a personal vehicle (not a ride to work)!
-Must have a positive attitude and consistently friendly tone of voice!
-Must be resilient to abrasive or irate customers!
-Must be able to work in a competitive environment!
This is an entry level position with plenty of opportunity to move up into sales or customer service. We promote from within based on individual performance.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
