General Sales Manager

Full Time Immediate opening for experienced sales manager. Our ideal candidate will be energetic, have a positive attitude, have a professional appearance, and Have a documented history of a minimum 5 years sales and employee sales management experience. Valid Missouri drivers license with clean driving record.

Candidate must also have;

Ability to be a self-starter, self-motivator, take initiative and assume responsibility to be timeliness of one's own work and a willingness to make things happen.

Existing computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Software; Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Position Summary;

Directs and oversees our companies sales polices, objectives and initiatives. Sets short and long term sales strategies and evaluates effectiveness of current sales programs. Communicates with outside and inside sales force on new products and or services offered to enhance customer satisfaction and sales potential.


Demonstrated ability to build, develop and mentor a team of internal and external sales representives.

Ability to think strategically.

Proven ability to develop and lead high performance representives.

Excellent verbal, written and executive presentation skills.

Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
